Fieldbook A1 - thats the name of the Logic Instrument's rugged industrial handheld. A Fieldbook promise you absolute reliable and full mobile work in the harshest environments. This full-rugged Outdoor-Tablet-PC can be used in bone-chilling cold, in the heaviest rain, in the highest heights and also in salt-fog environment.

The Fieldbook A1 is a real Outdoor-UMPC with a sunlight readable 7 inch touchscreen display. The Fieldbook A1 is dust- and heavy rainproof in order to the IP65-standard and it got the MIL-STD810G certification.

A further feature is the variable I/O-port-modules. So you always get your Fieldbook with the I/O-ports that you need. For example are there modules with 2x RS232 or 1x RS232 and 2x USB.

With the fuel cell “JENNY” the Fieldbook A1 runs over 20 hours with just one fuel cartridge and without wasting the Fieldbook batteries. So you still have up to 10 hours when the fuel cartridge runs empty or you just change it to get another 20 hours Fieldbook working time.

This very customizable Rugged UMPC is made to order : following your specific needs you can either choose standard unit or add-in integrated module CAMERA / GPS / COM PORT / WLAN / WWAN (HSDPA)/ Bluetooth / RFID or Bar code reader.
